Ice cream pancake

Mozart Delights Ice cream pancake

For 15 servings

250 ml whole milk
2 eggs
150 g wheat flour
½ tsp salt
50 g butter
250 ml whipped cream
1 pkg. vanilla sugar


Mozart Chocolate Liqueur (Cream recommended)
1 scoop of ice cream of your choice


Beat the eggs well and mix with the milk, flour and a pinch of salt. Heat a shallow pan and melt some butter in it. Using a ladle, pour in some of the batter so that the bottom is thinly covered. Pour into the centre and spread evenly by swirling the pan. Brown the pancake on one side over medium heat, then turn and brown the second side. Leave the pancakes to cool and whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Fill the pancakes with whipped cream and fold them. Add a scoop of ice cream and finish with Mozart Chocolate Liqueur. We recommend Cream Chocolate for this.
