Granita
Ingredients
For 4 servings
300 ml fruit juice (e.g. strawberry, apricot)
30 ml Mozart Chocolate Liqueur (e.g. Strawberry, Pumpkin)
Decoration
Mozart Chocolate Liqueur (Coffee recommended)
Mixing
Mix the fruit juice with Mozart Chocolate Liqueur, place in an oven dish and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well with a fork several times during the freezing process. When the granita is frozen, chop with a fork and serve in glasses. Finish with Mozart Chocolate Liqueur. We recommend Coffee Chocolate for this.
