Pump (kin) it up
For 1 drink
3 cl Triple Malt Scotch Whisky (e.g. Monkey Shoulder)
2 cl Hazelnut Liqueur
2 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Sugar sirup
Dried pumpkin seeds
Espuma*
Mix all the ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain the drink in a vintage cocktail glass. Top with Espuma and dried pumpkin seeds.

200 ml Mozart Pumpkin Spice Chocolate
100 ml Ginger juice
200 ml Coconut water
50 g Pro Espuma Cold
Stir 200ml Mozart Pumpkin Spice Chocolate with 100ml ginger juice, 200ml coconut water and 50g Pro Espuma Cold. Fill in an iSi®-Cream 0.5l bottle. Charge with 2 iSi®-Cream capsules. Store in a cool place for 20 minutes before using for topping on the drink.
