Ingredients
For 1 drink
5 cl Mozart White
20 cl rice milk
3 tbsp macadamia nut ice cream
6 cl lychee juice
3 cl ginger shot (strain juice through a fine sieve)
Decoration
Whipped cream
Beckoning cat
Sugar flowers
Cookie sticks with or without chocolate
Fortune cookies
Mixing
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Strain the choctail into a large glass jar. Add whipped cream and garnish with pink flowers and wafer sticks. Top with a chocolate rice wafer and beckoning cat.
