Chocolate Coconut Cookie Monster

For 1 drink

5 cl Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
20 cl Whole milk
3 Tablespoons cookie dough icecream
1 Tablespoon coconut cream

Whipped cream
Coconut flakes (roasted)
Dark chocolate cookies (or donut, filled with chocolate or dark Macarons)
Chocolate pearls
Sugar sirup

First garnish the rim of the glass jar with coconut. Dip the rim of the glass into sugar sirup and then into (roasted) coconut flakes. Then put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Strain the choctail into the glass jar. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate pearls. Top with dark chocolate cookies. 

Instead of chocolate cookies, you can also use a chocolate donut filled with white cream or macarons.
