For 1 drink
5 cl (London Dry) Gin
1 cl Lime Cordial
3 dashes Mozart Bitters (Tip: more intense with 4 dashes Bitters)
Tonic
Orange zest
Start with 3 dashes of Mozart Bitters and mix all the ingredients, except the Tonic, on ice cubes in a highball glass. Stir with a bar spoon and fill up with tonic. Top with a twist of orange zest.
