Avocado Matcha Ice Cream with Mozart White Chocolate

Ingredients for approx. 4 servings

For the ice cream

  • 3 ripe organic avocados
    2 very ripe bananas
    1 organic lime
    50 g organic icing sugar
    2 tsp. matcha powder
    2 tbsp. Mozart White Chocolate plus more to pour over (optional)

Preparation

Cut avocados in half, stone, remove the pulp from the skin and cut into coarse pieces. Peel and slice the bananas. Place avocado and banana pieces in a freezer bag. Juice the lime and drizzle over. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight. Puree avocados and banana with sugar and matcha powder in a blender or with an immersion blender. Refrigerate in a food container until ready to serve. Then form into ice cream balls and arrange in small bowls. Optionally pour over Mozart White Chocolate.
