5 cl Gin (e.g. Bottanist)
3 cl Yuzu
2 cl Sugar sirup
15 Basil leafs
Edible flowers & Basil leaf
Espuma*
Mix all the ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Put some ice cubes in a cocktail glass and strain the drink into it. Top with Espuma, edible flowers and basil leaf.
