Mozart Chocolate Freakshake

Mozart Chocolate Freakshake verziert mit Blüten, Minze und Waffel
Ingredients

For 1 drink

3 tbsp. Mozart Cream Chocolate Liqueur
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
200 ml milk
50 g whipped cream
1 tsp. icing sugar

Decoration

White chocolate flakes, or sprinkles
waffles
edible flowers
sugar sprinkles
mint

Mixing

Put a tall glass in the freezer for approx.10 minutes. Spread 2 tbsp. Mozart Cream Chocolate on the glass wall. Puree vanilla ice cream and milk in a blender and pour into the glass. Beat the whipping cream with icing sugar until stiff. Prepare a piping bag with a serrated spout. At the inner edge of the piping bag, let the remaining Mozart Cream Chocolate run in, then put the whipped cream into the piping bag and pipe onto the freak shake. Now garnish with chocolate sprinkles, waffles, flowers, sugar sprinkles or mint to your heart's content.
