Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini

Ingredients

For 1 drink

6 cl Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
6 cl Vodka
3 cl Dark rum
4.5 cl Heavy cream (for drink and topping)
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
0.5 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice)
3 speculoos cookies (crumbled)
Maple syrup
 

Decoration

Cinnamon stick (optional)

Mixing

Whip part of the cream and freeze it as a topping. Dip the rim of a glass into maple syrup, then into crumbled cookies. Shake Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, vodka, dark rum, the remaining cream, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice and ice. Strain into the prepared glass. Top with the frozen cream, dust with spice, and optionally add a cinnamon stick.
