Mozart Coconut Lychee Ginger Colada

Ingredients

For 1 drink

3 cl Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur
2 cl Havana Club 7 Años
1 cl Vodka
5 cl Lychee juice
2 cl Coconut milk
1 cl Whipped cream
1 cl Lemon juice
½ tsp Ginger powder
½ handful Fresh lychees
1 Rhubarb stalk

Decoration

Fresh lychees and one rhubarb stalk
 

Mixing

Wash the rhubarb, cut a 10 cm piece, slice it finely lengthwise without cutting through, and place in ice water until it curls. Peel lychees. Add all liquids and ginger powder to a shaker and shake well. Pour into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Garnish with rhubarb spiral and lychees.
